IATA formal membership is only applicable for airlines operating air services.

Travel Agencies and Freight Forwarders can benefit from IATA Accreditation programmes, and become IATA-approved Agents.

Travel & Tourism - Accreditation and code services:

  • Full Accreditation Travel Agents: USA - Rest of the world
  • Allocation of a unique code (Travel agents and other tourism sales intermediaries): TSI (USA) - TIDS (Rest of the world)
  • Online travel service providers: ERSP.
